The 2 floor villas are twin buildings exteriorly and interiorly.

Differences concern the exterior patio surroundings.

Each villa is accessible by a different main entrance and each group of guest hold their own keys .

The ground floor offers an ergonomic kitchen equipped with the minor detail , cozy sitting area , a shower bathroom , with balconies from all sides and large windows with view to the pool . Marble steps lead to the first floor , with 2 separate master bedrooms and one larger shower bathroom . Bedrooms have one double bed with anatomic mattress and pillows and a roll under single bed ( used if necessary ) . Each bedroom has its own private balcony with an amazing view to the Ionian Sea and to the pool .

Each floor measures 40M² plus the balconies .

Ideally sleeps 4 adults and 2 children .

In case more privacy is required or group is larger , the basement studio linked to the villa with external steps increase capacity of villa to up to 6 adults and up to 4 children totally . The studio is a self catered small apartment of 30M² , with one double bed , one kitchenette with one double sofa bed and one more shower bathroom . Studio is sunlit and airy , with windows in all rooms , air condition and washing machine.

One swimming pool is 9 X 6 m (external dims )with min depth 0,80 meter and max depth 1,70 meters the other swimming pool is 8 x 5 m (external dims) with min depth 0,60 meter and max depth 1,60 meters
